Devonport House is a bespoke modern conversion of a historic building, fully refurbished in 2017 and 2018, and offers 123 rooms, all single study/bedrooms with en-suite shower/toilet facilities, in shared, self-catering flats just across from the Greenwich Campus.
The hall differs from other university residences in being reserved for postgraduate students and those who are 25 years old or more. Some rooms have interesting layouts with the bed on a mezzanine platform accessed by steps or a ladder. There are also ground floor rooms adapted for those with special needs.
